Cancellation & Refund policy
Cancellation Policy :
For Cash on Delivery Orders : You can cancel such order before the shipment generated. Once the shipment gets generated it cannot be cancelled from your side. In case the product don’t get shipped, it will be auto-cancelled after 7 days from the date the order is placed.
For Prepaid Orders : We don’t allow to cancel prepaid orders from your side. If you want to do so, then contact us (contact details updated in our website/app) before the shipment generated (normally 48 hours). Product once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Any exchange or return shall not be entertained in case of goods delivered outside India.
Exchange and return Policy For goods delivered within India :
Inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery if seeking any return or exchange with the reason for exchange or return.
On approval for the exchange or return customer will be asked to send the goods (in their original form) back to our address. Return charges and additional payment to make goods available at our location will be borne by the customer himself.
Return or Exchange shall be entertained only if there is defects, sent wrong/another product (need 360° unboxing video as a proof). Also note, minor problems of thread , misprint , smudges , stain will not be considered as damage/defect.
After receiving the goods back, customer will get an update approving the exchange or refund.
Refunds, if any, shall be credited through the online mode within 10-15 working days after the approval of refund, if any.
or if any exchange or return product will be delivered within 7-10 business day.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped from any part of India to your provided shipping address. Processing of your order will depend upon the order quantity you place. In India delivery of goods takes place in 7-10 working days approx depending upon the delivery location and quantity ordered. International delivery details will be conveyed to the customer every time they place the order.
Shipping destinations offered for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders. We can ship to Post Office Box addresses but take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
We send good by modes like by sea or by air or by surface as per customers suitability. If customer choses sea as the mode of trasportation then goods will be delivered to their nearest sea port. Customer will be responsible to arrange pick up from the sea port. Also if you order goods via transport, we will not hold any responsibility to provide goods at buyer’s place. Buyer is required to collect the same from transport co.
If customer chose air delivery then goods can be delivered to air port as well as to the delivery address given by the address as per the mutual agreement. Courier Company will attempt delivery 2 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. Presently we are providing delivery upto 26000 pincode PAN India. We're constantly striving to provide service to more location too.
